Love's Fire - A Human/Dragon Saga

This is my entry for the RPG Maker Forums "One Map Challenge"

The challenge was to make an RPG using a maximum of 10 events, 10 Switches, and 10 Variables.

Doing this challenge taught me how to maximize efficiency with using limited resources. I was able to get a pretty lengthy game out of it with only using little amount of resources. It does pack a good 6 - 8 hours of content. Smaller game but still good.

Plot: A dragon and a human are in love but nobody believes that the two actually love each other. People are especially skeptic on the dragon's love for the man. They feel she has ulterior motives for being in love with this man. However, their love for each other is real and unwavering.  Barred from Romantic Park by the people who are skeptic of their love for each other, the couple set out to prove their love for each other in hopes to gain access to Romantic Park.

Can you help this love couple prove their love for each other to the people of the Land of Winchell?

A game about dragons; their prey; protection; and a love that transcends size, species, and prey.

Dialogue and events are rated PG but I am giving this a TV14 rating solely due to the fact that it depicts a human and a dragon in love.

Made in RPG Maker VX Ace. RTP is included.

Disclaimer: I feel that I MUST say this given the recent feedback I have received regarding the difficulty of the game.

This game is built with 90s retro RPGs in mind. Grinding and use of buffs and debuffs is expected.

Update: The game will crash whenever you use a certain item in the base version. 

To fix this, rename the "Liquid Water Water In Plastic Bottle Moving 03.ogg" to "Liquid Water Water In Plastic Bottle Moving 03 .ogg" (adding a single space at the end) and the crash is fixed. 

Alternately, you may download the updated version which has this issue fixed. However, you may need to restart your game from the beginning if NPC locations reset. This is not necessary prior to first boss.

Update 2: Version 1.0001 released. Fixed crash when using Dracofizz item.

Update 3: Version 1.0011 released. Fixed typos.

Update 4: Version 1.1 released. Added level up sound effect and vehicle sound effect. Fixed minor text issues. Minor tweaks made to actors.
